The organization

/ WHO WE ARE

We are a non-profit association which has set itself the task of promoting the education of disadvantaged children and young people in developing countries and supporting single women so that they can feed their families.

/ WHERE WE ARE

Due to personal contacts, we start with our projects in the Ivory Coast. However, we are not geographically limited, but will gradually expand our activities to other countries.

/ WHAT WE DO

Our association is active in the fields of education, development and economic promotion.  For example, we want to give disadvantaged people access to education, and also the opportunity to receive training after graduation. We also want to help single women to earn a regular income for themselves and their families and thus find a way out of poverty.

/ WHAT IS PARTICULARLY CLOSE TO OUR HEARTS

Nelson Mandela once said: “Education is the most powerful weapon to change the world” and we want to be part of that change. We at Impulse for Change have made it our mission to give disadvantaged people a chance for the future and to find a way out of poverty.

Through support of this kind there is the possibility to break the cycle of poverty and get the chance for a good future. Everyone should have access to education and everyone should have the opportunity to work on a better future for themselves.

I joined Impulse for Change e. V because we are human beings, no matter where we live, no matter who we are, we are all connected to each other. And by supporting other people, regardless of who they are and where they come from, I support myself. A little boy who is supported today to go to school to get an education, can tomorrow become an adult man who supports me. By helping other people to have a better future, I am also investing in my future.
